Terms and conditions

1. General provisions

These terms and conditions are issued by Umetniško ustvarjanje, Petra Mavsar s.p., Koroška ulica 18a, 1000 Ljubljana, registration no. 7011580000, VAT ID 71509127 (the "seller"), for purchases made through the Mavood online store.

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT, as the seller is not a VAT payer. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Ordering and payment

An order is placed once the buyer completes checkout. Payment is available by bank transfer or cash on delivery, as shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are listed on the Shipping and payment page.

5. Right of withdrawal

For made-to-order or personalized items, the right of withdrawal does not apply. For other items, see the Right of withdrawal page.

6. Complaints and warranty

Complaints can be submitted to info@mavood.si. The seller is liable for material defects in accordance with applicable law.

7. Personal data

8. Dispute resolution

The seller does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a dispute that a consumer could initiate under applicable consumer protection law.
