Right of withdrawal

14-day period

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under EU consumer protection law.

Exception for made-to-order items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (items marked "made to order"), per Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to withdraw

Notify us of your withdrawal in writing to info@mavood.si before the deadline, quoting your order number.

Returning goods and refunds

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, to Umetniško ustvarjanje, Petra Mavsar s.p., Koroška ulica 18a, 1000 Ljubljana. Return shipping is at your cost. We will refund payments received within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
