The upper part of the ring is made from cherry and maple wood (cherry - dark wood, maple - light wood).
Cut and glued.
The band is made from glued cherry wood and glued to the upper base.
The whole piece is coated with linseed oil, polished, and then coated with shellac in several thin layers and polished again.
